FEES & PRICING
At Ayers Mobile Notary Services, I offer fair and competitive pricing for all of my services. I prioritize customer service and satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best experience available. I understand that notarizing documents can be a stressful process, which is why I am dedicated to providing my clients with timely, reliable, and professional service.
Please note that the travel fee or after hours fee (if applicable) are non-refundable. In the event that the customer is not prepared with valid ID or anything prevents the notarization from being completed, the travel fee pays for my time and travel expenses. However, if the fault is mine, I will refund the fees. Thank you for your understanding.
Loan Signing Agent Service
Please send me a message with the details of what kind of real estate transaction you need a signing agent for. I can then provide you with an estimate that is less than if you go through a signing agency!
Notarizations
Mobile notary pricing is made up of an administration fee ($15) and travel fee ($20) plus the state fees listed below. Please note that the travel fee is non-refundable. If you do not have the necessary ID or documents prepared to complete the notarization, you will still owe the travel fee.
Vehicle Title Transfer- $50
Buyer and seller must be present with current IDs. Please note that only notary service is provided, not temporary registrations or vehicle tags. For temporary registrations and vehicle tags you will need to visit a PennDOT agent.
Ink Fingerprint Cards- $40
Fingerprinting Traditional Ink - FD258 Cards. Price includes 2 FD-258 cards whether we provide them or if you bring them.
After hours & Weekends Fee
The after hours and weekend fee is $15, contact me to set up an appointment and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. If you do not have valid ID or the documents prepared for notarization you will still own the travel fee and after hours fee.
Apostille Services
The pricing for Apostille services would be determined after consulting with the client. Price depends on where the document originated and the country of destination, along with the type of document required.
